What is Prabu Japan Organization?
The Prabu Japan Organization, a general incorporated association, was established to officially partner with Prabu Nusantara, an organization headquartered in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, which operates through its branches in 31 provinces across the country, with the aim of co-creating the future of both nations.
Prabu Nusantara is a non-profit organization composed of seasoned experts with extensive practical experience. It has a proven track record of collaborating with government agencies as well as domestic and international private companies in areas such as regional development (including rural areas and natural resources) and business support.
With this strong partner spread throughout Indonesia, we are developing various initiatives to serve as a bridge between Japan and Indonesia.
Promoting International Exchange
Through the promotion of international exchange, we aim to connect the future of Japan and Indonesia. We facilitate cultural and educational exchanges between the two countries, coordinate study tours and visits, and work to deepen mutual understanding and trust. In addition, by supporting student and youth exchange programs, we contribute to the development of the next generation of leaders and the expansion of cross-cultural interactions.
Business Support & Matching
We promote business matching that connects companies, organizations, and individuals in both Japan and Indonesia. To support new market entry and business expansion, we provide consulting, interpretation and translation services, and information resources, strengthening mutual understanding and collaboration. Furthermore, by introducing Japanese technologies and expertise and leveraging Indonesia’s abundant resources and talented workforce, we aim to achieve sustainable economic partnerships.
Human Resource Development & Educational Support
Through the introduction and support of technical training, internships, and training programs, we help young people from both countries gain experience and develop into professionals capable of thriving in the international community. Acting as a bridge between Japan and Indonesia, we contribute to the development of the next generation of leaders and to sustainable social and economic growth.
Social Contribution & Regional Revitalization
We promote international collaborative projects across various fields, including the environment, agriculture, healthcare, and education. We also build partnerships aimed at regional revitalization and local development, contributing to the creation of sustainable and vibrant communities. Based on cooperation between Japan and Indonesia, we aim to expand community-based initiatives to a global scale.

Our focus is not on short-term business gains, but on activities that nurture the future of Japan and Indonesia over the next 10 to 20 years.We aim for this organization to become a place for encounters and new challenges for many people, gradually growing into a trusted bridge between the two countries, step by step.

Message from the Chairman of the Board
We, the Prabu Japan Organization, were established as the official counterpart in Japan of PRABU, an organization with an extensive network in Indonesia that carries out a wide range of social activities, with the aim of contributing to the development of both countries.
We firmly believe that by making the most of the unique cultures, human resources, and potential that each country possesses, and by respecting and cooperating with one another, we can co-create a more prosperous and peaceful future together.
To realize this vision, we have identified three core pillars: human resource development, economic collaboration, and social contribution. Through concrete initiatives such as deepening mutual understanding by promoting international exchange, revitalizing the economy through business support and matching, and fostering the next generation by supporting education and training for young people, our organization aspires to serve as a foundation for nurturing the future of both nations—a place where people come together to connect and take on new challenges.
